In July 2009, I came home to 24 Speare Rd, Valley Farm - in the pouring rain, scared and starving. Here is my journey from recovering from neglect and starvation to October 1st, when a tree fell on me and I have miraculously survived. Here is a blog of my life...

Our first day at Myrhe
The ride to the Myrhe Equine Clinic felt so long... We unloaded Scribbles and brought her into the exam room. We were greeted by the staff, and Dr Myrhe who quickly took Scribbles stats, blood work and urine. Thank you Dr Myrhe for catching our horses bloody urine in your hand, in time to put it into a tube for testing- all the while explaining to us how this accident would affect our beloved Scribbles system. Her facial injuries were concening, we took X-rays. Amanda, her boyfriend, Dr Rachel- everyone was so compassionate as they cleaned our horse and encouraged us that a recovery is possible. I knew she was in the right place, Dr George would make sure of that.
